E.T.A. 6 DAYS: TRUCK SCHOOL

That's right...we are going to truck school starting this weekend!

You were probably thinking one of two things:

1. Really what's so hard about truck driving, you really need to go to school for that?....Well I tell you, pay attention to those trucks that you pass by at intersections and on the highway from now on, and consider the poundage of vehicle and ask yourself "could I do that for more than ten hours after sleeping in a rolling sardine can?" and then you tell me if we should go to school... or

2.Wow I'm so glad they have a school for you two jokers to go to....geez do they just let anybody become a truck driver?....and when are you two going to officially be on the road so we can cease all driving for our own safety? (",)

Well yes, this is how one becomes a truck driver, they get trained. We will be going to IITR (International Institute of Transportation Resource Inc.) , a school out on Hwy. 212, the road toward Estacada...and that is where we will be for the next 10 weekends: behind the wheel of a 20,000 lb. monstrosity, or in a classroom learning about cracked leafs and how much of George Washington's head can be showing for the tires to be safe. Ha! We are currently studying our manuals, in preperation to get our permits. At the end of the ten weeks we will be CDL (Commercial Drivers License) holders...and yes that means your worst nightmare will have come true....these two jokers will legally be allowed to roam the streets, avenues, highways, and really big parking lots of your oh so beloved United States of  America (and certain unlucky parts of Canada and Mexico). YOU'VE BEEN WARNED (",)
